VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES

Please make sure that everyone in your group has read & signed this agreement prior to your arrival.

• Volunteers are NOT allowed in the housing area. 

• All volunteers must check in at the office & have a signed volunteer agreement.

• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Volunteers should be free from illness.

• Groups serving food must wear disposable gloves. We have extra gloves in office if needed.

• Please do not leave personal belongings or valuables laying around.

• Please do not hand out money or give a ride to individuals. 

• Please do not give out your personal information. 

• Stay in the visibility of others. (Ensure your interactions with clients are in view of others and cannot be misconstrued.)

• PLEASE dress modestly (ex.no short shorts or low-cut shirts). 

• Model good character with positive attitudes, words, and actions.

• Volunteers should be at Grace Campus only during scheduled volunteer hours. 

• If you notice any questionable behavior or situation, PLEASE notify a director immediately.

Confidentiality – You are asked to maintain the confidentiality of all clients at Grace Campus. Please do NOT relay names or identities to friends or family out of respect for their privacy.

 

I understand the expectations required to volunteer at Grace Campus and agree to abide by the expectations stated above. I realize that Grace Campus is monitored by camera and that failure to abide by these expectations or behavior not beneficial to the campus will result in being unable to volunteer at Grace Campus.
